Ben started his career as a lawyer at Freshfields. He now provides research, consultancy and training for professional firms.
Ben set up Meridian West in 2001. Since then the firm has prospered. Meridian West has advised many of the top global firms including PwC, Allen & Overy, KPMG, Freshfields, DLA Piper, Shearman & Sterling.
Ben developed the 7 habits of commerciality framework, along with his colleagues, notably Andy Smith and Adrian Furner.
